Referrals and Assessment Manager - Adult Social Care North London £30,000 - £37,500 per annum Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working a valued client to recruit for a skilled Referrals and Assessment Manager to oversee a portfolio of supported living and Residential services providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities. This exciting position has arisen through the success of the organisation and their reputation for Service Delivery and are growing You will be joining a very stable, highly motivated and driven team and will be responsible for developing relationships with local authorities and CCG's with the intent of increasing awareness of the organisations service provision and bringing in new business for the organisation. This is a key role for the organisation as this post holder will deliver on occupancy levels, new service models and scope for new service provisions in areas the organisation is developing. This role will be granted a great deal of autonomy, but the approach of this individual will need to reflect the values of the organisation they are representing and use their experience to project this is a commercially aware. The Candidate Candidates looking to apply for this role will have a background within the Adult social care environment, specifically within Supported Living and Residential services and have previously been within a similar role. The successful post holder for this role will understand the challenges that are unique to the sector so candidates looking to apply for this role will be outgoing, resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment. It will be essential to have strong commercial acumen to work with regional teams to ensure that services are meeting financial targets, as well as delivering the expected quality required by the CQC. Candidates looking to apply for this role with have excellent inter-personal skills and ability to influence and engage at all levels with multi-disciplinary teams. You will have a track record of working in partnership with a range of senior professionals to develop new business opportunities and will be able to thrive in a predominantly office-based environment and have the charisma to represent the organisation. Location This role will be operating over the North London region from office based in Potters Bar.
