Overview
Nelson Chambers are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm in their search for an associate to join their successful employment department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm renowned for providing the highest quality advice and service. The team advise on a wide range of employment issues both contentious and non-contentious including employment tribunal litigation, corporate support, disciplinaries and TUPE. The ideal candidate will have 3 – 5 years PQE gained in a reputable employment law department. They will be able to demonstrate experience of acting for both employers and senior individuals in a wide range of matters. As well as being a team player the successful candidate will have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills. Skills and Requirements (non-exhaustive) 3 – 5 PQE Experience of claims brought under the Equality Act 2010 Strong Academic Background Be an ambitious self-starter A willingness to play a part in the firm’s business development activities.
