Overview
A leading financial services institution is looking for Resilience Risk Manager to join their team in the City of London. Responsibilities Help develop and maintain comprehensive policy frameworks in accordance with firm's risk appetite. Maintain and improve risk systems. Identify, develop and implement risk mitigation and monitoring tools. Ensure that operational risks are identified, monitored, managed and reported so that relevant decisions can be made. Ensure that the company follows the model of 3 lines of defence. Identify, develop and implement risk mitigation and monitoring tools to an appropriate level. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in operational risk. Previous experience across 3 lines of defence. Familiarity with operational risk resilience. Assisting with BAU processes.
