Operational Resilience Manager - Major Global firm
Overview
Within their ops resilience department, you will help anticipate, protect and prepare businesses in the event of disruption to their services by designing and implementing processes and frameworks across the business. With op incidents increasing in frequency and severity, resilience is imperative to the FS companies my client works with. You will focus on a broad range of risks including: regulatory, tech, digital and strategic. My client is looking for innovative professionals with a consultative approach to join their team. Your responsibilities & experience required: Extensive experience implementing operational resilience models. Extensive experience across IT and Risk. Designing solutions to digital, technology and operational resilience issues. Working with FS to effectively help integrate resilience into their Enterprise Risk Frameworks. Designing and implementing controls to mitigate the risk from the use of cloud/third party providers. Having the ability to provide business benefits and cutting edge insights for the client. Recommending innovative products and services. Relationship management with new and existing clients.
