As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of ERM projects to global and corporate clients across all industry sectors and risks including Supply Chain, BI interruption & Corporate Governance. About the Role Your key responsibilities will involve: * Leading on client delivery for a broad range of ERM projects to global and corporate clients across all industry sectors and risks including Supply Chain, BI interruption & Corporate Governance * Working closely with team members in the development of proposals, report-writing and presentation to clients * Developing a sales network and educate client service teams and relationship managers of AGRC products and services and be capable of identifying opportunities to sell AGRC's services and structure appropriate commercial responses * Developing team proposition, marketing and training materials and well as continuous development of processes, tools and templates * Delivering a variety of enterprise risk management projects to a multi-national client base. Typically 65 - 70% of time would be spent on chargeable projects * The role will involve the undertaking of enterprise risk management related consultancy assignments followed up by report writing and presentation to clients across a number of different types of projects, including: * Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management consultancy * Implementation of ERM frameworks * Risk Management benchmarking * Financial modelling and analysis * Qualitative risk assessment * Quantitative risk assessment * Project and Portfolio risk management * Business Interruption Analysis and Supply Chain risk management * These projects are conducted both on a stand-alone basis and as key components of broader risk management consulting projects * Business development; the successful candidate would be expected to build and deliver a pipeline of project proposals. This would be done through selling across our existing channels within ARS, i.e. Global, National, Specialty, Global Broking Centre and will require the development of a personal network of internal and external contacts * Knowledge management; the successful candidate would be expected to extend our current toolkit, develop new approaches, contribute to thought leadership activities and promote AGRC services * Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company About you As a Senior Consultant your skills and qualifications will include: * The candidate should ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and working towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. IRM or equivalent) * The candidate should have experience of working in a risk related area, preferably with experience of working in a consulting environment * Have a strong interest in enterprise risk management and a willingness to develop in this area * Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills * Possess effective time management skills and have the ability to work to deadlines * Be a team player - but be able to work autonomously and independently * Work effectively with senior managers * Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and display initiative * Be flexible and adaptable * Be committed to their own continuous personal development * Be focused on client needs in order to achieve client service excellence * Be prepared to travel * Have a high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Our Colleague Experience Every day, our colleagues make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.
