A long-established firm in Manchester city centre is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor as part of ongoing growth. Due to an increase in work, the firm now requires an additional clinical negligence solicitor to join an established Medical Negligence/Personal Injury Department. Your role will be to manage a varied and complex caseload of a range of clinical negligence matters (both pre and post litigated) alongside assisting a senior clinical negligence solicitor on higher-value claims. You must be a qualified clinical negligence solicitor (with proven experience in handling a variety of litigated medical negligence claims). NQ solicitors with at least 6 months of relevant experience gained during a training contract are also encouraged to apply. You will be client-focused and will have a good academic record with strong verbal and written communication skills.
