The Role Joining the team as a defendant Clinical Negligence Lawyer, your responsibilities will include: Interviewing witnesses Drafting witness statements Drafting reports Instructing counsel and experts Negotiating settlements Attending conferences with Counsel Candidate Profile To be considered for this Clinical Negligence Lawyer role, you will require: NQ – 3 years’ PQE as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor Defendant experience (ideally, but claimant medical negligence lawyers also considered) Excellent attention to detail The desire to further your career in this area of law Rewards The Clinical Negligence Lawyer will enjoy high quality work within a successful team.
