Reward Partner - Central London - £80K Bonus & Benefits JGA Recruitment have partnered with an highly successful and ethical commercial services group based in Central London who seek the services of a Reward Partner to join their team on an initial 12 month contract which may be extended or made permanent. This is an exciting time to join the business and presents an opportunity to get involved with a large-scale acquisition that will see the business majorly expand. Reward Partner - Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Reward to design and deliver a reward strategy across multiple internal groups. Partner and build relations across multiple groups and with stakeholders. Manage and deliver the annual reward cycle. Develop and implement frameworks and design for bonus incentives, salary reviews, benefits and share plans. Manage the benefits programmes Manage salary sacrifice, benefits, health and car plans. Manage pension schemes. Reward Partner - Experience Required: In depth knowledge and expertise of Total Rewards Experience of developing Executive Reward Strategies.
