Overview

Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a client-side Facilities Management position. A private investment company with over 1000 properties under management for which you'd be ultimately responsible for up to 50-60 of those building across 5-10,000 sqft with up to 4 tenants. Covering both Hard and Soft service FM this role will also include being responsible for the service charge budgeting, supervising of staff and undertake and perform maintenance and contract duties as required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone working at a top consultancy wanting to move client side. A great package is on offer and you will be well remunerated.
