Overview

Leading City firm is looking to hire an additional Employment Associate, preferably with at least 1PQE to join its highly regarded Employment group. This role will involve the full range of employment law and HR support work (both contentious and non-contentious) for a wide range of clients, including some of the biggest names in the UK. Employment lawyers applying for this position can expect to work on a wide range of employment matters and cases, including service agreements, recruitment, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints and investigations. One of the selling points of this role is the opportunity, from^an early stage, to develop close client relationships and play a major role on client matters, taking on early responsibility within a fully supportive environment. There is a strong associate training and associate development programme, and a flexible working environment and open, inclusive culture. You will have a passion for Employment law, strong academics and ideally 1 year's post qualification experience in another highly regarded Employment practice, undertaking a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work and transactional support.
