You will be working closely with a partner in a newly established department handling a mix of family and civil litigation matters. To succeed in the role of family and litigation solicitor, you will have experience managing your own caseload of both family and civil litigation cases and will have a good technical understanding of the Family Procedure Rules and Civil Procedure Rules.
