A professional family who are moving to Westminster, London SW1 are looking for a new, long-term experienced Nanny to look after their three children aged 7, 5 and 3. Package Offered * £60,000 - £80,000 gross per year * You should be highly skilled, qualified and professional to apply for this role. Family Background A professional family who have a business in Canada are moving to Westminster, London SW1. They have three children who are 7, 5 and 3 and a fully staffed household, including a Butler/Driver and a Housekeeper/Cook. This is a formal household and the staff wear uniform. They are looking for an experienced Nanny who has great experience working in a formal household with multiple children. The family have no pets. They travel regularly so you should be happy to travel for this role. Duties All childcare duties as associated with the 3 children. You should be confident in creating structure and routine and be on top of the children's schedules at all times. You should be able to help the children with their homework and to get them ready for school in the mornings. The family are looking for an educated, kind, organised, enthusiastic, pro-active, outdoorsy, happy nanny to join a team and who will be expected to assist with care of the children, in relation to the school drop offs and pickups, after school activities, assistance with homework, events, visits, play dates, trips and to organise diaries, age appropriate classes and to conduct the normal nursery duties. The family look to raise their children in a formal, polite and well-disciplined routine - and you should be happy to follow this lead and routine in place. The family have a long-term housekeeper/nanny who lives with the family and you should be able to easily get along with them, work as a team and not be afraid to follow instructions. This is a large staffed household - there is no 'I' in team! So you should be easy going and keen to find a long term role. The family enjoy discipline and respect within their household, hence why they take a formal approach to etiquette in the household. However they are down to earth, and enjoy a good and positive teamwork environment amongst the household staff. Typically, the family travel regularly to Barbados, Canada and America. You will be expected to travel with the family and ensure the children are organised and ready for travel. You do not need to have a driving license for this role as the family have a driver who will take you to do school drop offs. Location This is a live out role so you should be within easily commutable distance to Westminster, London, SW1. Days/Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm. With the flexibility to do weekend or babysitting, but the family will ensure that you have time off in lieu if you work any extra hours. Languages You should have an excellent level of English. Any other languages are a bonus. Special Skills You should be an experienced and enthusiastic nanny, with a positive attitude. You should have experience in working for high net worth, formal households and be happy to travel extensively. Interview/Start date ASAP - the family representative in the UK is interviewing, with offers being made prior to the family arrival in August. You will be in place working by the end of July ideally to help with smooth transition for the family arrival. We are recruiting safely within the COVID-19 regulations. Employment Type: FULL_TIME
