Employee Relations Specialist Prestigious financial services specialist are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR team in City London. Your role includes Working with the business to provide specialist guidance & advice on complex ER issues within the organisation including disciplinary, grievances, litigation case management, restructures, performance etc. Working with key stakeholders and managers, coaching and developing them to manage a wide range of ER issues, and helping to develop management styles to foster positive relationships with employees Providing commercial advice to business heads and HRBP's to facilitate the delivery of HR solutions by specialist functions regarding change Playing a key role is promoting appropriate workplace behaviour, driving the equality and diversity agenda and initiatives Reviewing and developing current policies and procedures, making any improvements where necessary Skills & experience You must be an experienced ER specialist, comfortable with managing complex ER cases You must have gained this experience within financial services or insurance and have a strong understanding of the regulatory environment Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law Strong communication influencing and relationship management skills A good understanding of the value of diversity in the workplace with the ability to foster an inclusive culture Ability to identify and mitigate risk The role comes with incredible benefits, flexibility and room for career progression.
