Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Controller with over 3 years of legal finance experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work alongside the Finance Director and Senior Revenue Controller in areas including: WIP, Billing and Debt Management. Our client is a thriving litigation and dispute resolution practice based in Holborn, central London. The firm has established itself at the forefront of Tax litigation, achieving a Band 1 ranking in Chambers & Partners. People are key to their success, and with the firm growing six-fold over the last four years, they are keen to recruit and retain the most talented individuals. Responsibilities Undertake regular reviews of WIP and Debt balances. Escalate potential issues and follow up with the relevant partners, ensuring that all balances are dealt with in a timely manner. Liaise with the Finance Director, bringing potential issues to their attention. Ensure that the WIP valuation process falls in line with FRS5. Provide support in the monitoring and reporting Partner’s and Fee earner time recordings. Regularly liaise with Partners and Fee Earners on best practice on matter of revenue management Ensure that all bills are accurate and comply with VAT and SRA rules.
