Job Description
We are looking for a Head Of RevOps to take on a critical role within the commercial leadership team. The successful candidate will partner with the CRO to decide the GTM strategy to enable the business to realise it's aggressive growth targets. They will also be responsible for defining and implementing best practices to build a world class revenue machine and enable the commercial organisation to scale smoothly and rapidly. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering commercial results whilst also being strongly analytical and great at problem solving. Furthermore, we are looking for someone that is a strong leader capable of building and managing a high performance team. About us Since launching in 2014 we have been on a mission to fight financial crime on a global scale. In that time, we have raised over $35m in funding, opened offices in New York, Singapore and Romania, and have grown to over 200 employees, and we're not stopping there! We aim to grow to over 350 employees in the next 18 months, as we continue to fight the good fight against financial crime, and help make compliance less painful for our client base of over 450 customers across 45 different countries. See what our employees have to say on Glassdoor The role: * Co-develop GTM strategy with the CRO - establish insights into performance, define SLAs between groups, manage commercial forecasts for the business, define growth strategies and international/segment expansion plans, manage cross-functional planning processes * Lead enablement to create a high performance team - develop and manage onboarding for new commercial recruits, define and manage ongoing training based on defining the best practice playbooks for the team * Manage commercial operations functions - set and manage compensation plans, monthly individual performance analysis plus other sales operations functions * Drive organisational change management - engage with senior stakeholders and own and deliver critical projects to move the organisation forward * Become a critical Business Partner to the Finance team * Hire and manage a high-performance team over-time Requirements: * Minimum of seven years professional business experience * Substantial experience of B2B SaaS sales or sales ops a must * Understanding of the financial services market preferred * Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, potentially gained through a consultancy / strategy background or through in-house roles * Keen strategic and commercial instincts and able to actively contribute to the company growth strategy * Smart, ambitious and motivated individual that doesn't take themselves too seriously * Passionate self-starter that is self-directed and able to execute independently * Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others * Strong leadership skills; able to lead, develop and manage a team of people * Track record in driving insights and new business growth * Hungry to get stuck in and work with all levels of the team to drive the organisation forward * Start-up mentality a must, prior start-up experience a benefit * Excellent communication skills, able to manage senior stakeholders * Data management, Business Information/Reporting and the Technology Stack will be managed by a separate shared function but skills in this area will be advantageous Pay, Perks, and Such: * Competitive Base Salary * Inclusion in the company pension scheme * Inclusion in the ComplyAdvantage Employee Options Scheme * Inclusion in the company healthcare plan with Vitality Health with opt-out option * 25 days' holiday * TfL Season ticket loan * Cycle to work scheme with Evans Cycles * Flexible working * L&D budget of 2000
