We've seen nearly 100% year-over-year usage growth and thousands of happy customers. **About the Role:** The Marketing Manager role is a dynamic role for a creative, results-driven B2B demand generation marketer. This is a role that is perfect for a strong overall marketing athlete, with experience ranging from digital campaigns, field marketing, and campaign management. This person should have strong organizational skills and a balanced understanding of corporate marketing, field marketing, and channel activities. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting marketing programs ranging from webinars, email, social media, digital marketing, event planning, and customer engagement to drive increased market adoption and meet revenue goals. **Responsibilities:** **Campaign Management and events** + Create and adapt engaging content and marketing initiatives to engage with our cybersecurity community to drive awareness and demand - include copywriting for emails, landing pages and marketing collateral. + Develop and implement a program of marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate a regular flow of marketing qualified leads from either target prospects, or cross-sell opportunities within existing customers + Manage demand generation programs to align to a buyer's journey to move demand from awareness all the way through to closed business + Build campaigns in Eloqua and salesforce and update landing pages + Work on account-based marketing activities and direct mail programs that support the sales team. Ensure sales are fully enabled to maximize the conversion of marketing qualified leads to pipeline opportunities + Support and help manage EMEA events **Digital, analysis** **,** **and tracking** + Liaise with digital media partners to support campaign objectives for content syndication, paid media, google ad words and social media + Data hygiene and analysis: uploading leads, data cleaning, checking lead quality and ensuring marketing programs are tracked and measured for ROI + Analyze and provide reporting for campaign performance to continually optimize ROI for a marketing mix of webinars, digital programs, social media, events, and website demand generation. + Database email marketing to existing market segments + Run operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently **Strategy and Planning:** + Create and manage a strategy and execution of a cybersecurity plan for a mix of marketing programs that align to meet pipeline targets. + Engage with country sales leaders to understand business priorities, ensure they are reflected and supported in the security marketing plan and communicate our marketing capability, strategy, and execution in support of the business goals. **Education & Experience:** + BA/BS degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + 5-8+ years of experience in a B2B tech-marketing role, with at least 2+ years of security industry experience required. + A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements. + Strong and creative writer - Experienced in copywriting and editing whilst adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines + A natural communicator. + Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization + An established track record of developing impactful marketing
