Overview
Job Description
As Revenue Controller at Tide you'll be a key part of the Finance team helping us to monitor and report on revenue across our product portfolio. We are scaling and developing our product offering at a phenomenal rate, and as such need someone within the Finance team to take ownership of reporting and analysis of all of Tides revenue. You will have a commercial skillset and advanced financial modelling skills as you will be required to build complex models based on existing customer data. You'll also work closely with product owners on forward looking projections across a range of product verticals. At the same time you will be responsible for the ongoing reporting of these numbers to Tides finance team, and month to month reporting within our board reporting pack. You will also be responsible for providing supporting evidence to our financial auditors, and ensuring that we are following best practice and applying the relevant accounting standards correctly. About You Were an international scale up, were highly driven and we move quickly! If fast paced environments, cross team exposure, inquisitive freedom and the ability to have a real impact on a rapidly growing scale up appeals to you, then you already have the mind of a Tidean. If you have that along with the following experience, wed love to hear from you. The non-negotiables: * Experience working in a financial services in credit and/or payments * Advanced level of Excel based financial modelling * Experience dealing with the statutory audit of financial services company * Confident dealing with senior stakeholders across the business and owning your work with minimal hands-on management * Professional finance qualification (ACA / ACCA) * Hands on SQL experience * 5+ years' total experience * Meticulous attention to detail The highly desirables: * Understanding of unit economics and cohort analysis * Preparation of management accounts, variance analysis and accompanying commentary * Personable, able to build strong working relationships About Us Tide is the leading provider of UK SME business accounts and one of the fastest growing FinTechs in the UK.
