Overview
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Executive for a well established production company based in King's Lynn. Our client are looking for a new team Customer Service Executive to join their team that can speak and communicate in Dutch, French or German. You will be required to deal with customers enquiries, quotes and primarily build relationships with the clients. You will need to handle the orders from beginning to end, liaising with the production plant and updating your customers with progress. Overall, you'll be managing your key accounts, providing quotes and offering assistance and support securing orders. The role with be primarily dealing with French/Dutch or German customers however you will be required to deal with UK customers. You will need to have an eye for detail, work well under pressure and provide an exceptional service to customers at all times. Working hours are full time, Monday to Friday.
