Paraplanner/ Trainee Financial Adviser - York £30,000 - £40,000 benefits bonus progression CLIENTS’ If you’re a Diploma qualified Paraplanner reading this and you’re wanting to progress to become an Adviser at some point in the near future, then read on…… Working as a Paraplanner initially, you will learn the business from the bottom up and provide Paraplanning support to a number of IFA’s in the business, with the plan being that you will transition across to become a Trainee Adviser in the next 12 months. This is a tried and tested way of bringing new Advisers into the business (and I can vouch for that as I have successfully placed a number of individuals in similar roles who have progressed) and the industry.
