Job description: Our client has a unique proposition for a proactive, organised and confident executive PA, for a London based Executive Management team on an interim basis. (MAT cover 9 months) You will give confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Advisory and Legal Services, Director of Development and Director of Governance. Salary is paying up to £45,000k dependent on your experience. Skills and attributes for success •Diary management: prioritising and scheduling meetings/ appointments/ conference calls •Document production including production of Reports and Committee/Board Papers •Arrange meetings, take minutes and follow up on action points •Monitoring correspondence and action as appropriate •Processing expenses •Managing telephone contacts •Manage member feedback log •Provide general support and assistance to the Director of Advisory and Legal Services in relation to Board matters, Directorate management tasks and casework •Electronic circulation of Executive and Board Committee papers •Office Support (in conjunction with Office Manager) To be successful in this role you must have: •Minimum of six years as a PA / EA / Senior Administrator •University degree (honors degree or postgraduate degree desirable) •Fluent English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be succinct and to the point •Immaculately presented •Strong organisational skills, common sense and an eye for detail are essential •Calm with the ability to work well under time pressure to meet deadlines •Enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated •Punctual, professional and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion at all times •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite •Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative
