Employment Lawyer - Leading International Law Firm £85,000 - £130,000 The Firm: This leading client-focused International Law Firm works with high-calibre clients such as FTSE 100 companies and specialises in a range of sectors including; real estate and private capital to financial services and life sciences. This Firm offers a good mix of quality work and a reasonable work/life balance as well as an excellent opportunity for career development and progression. The Role: This role as an Employment Lawyer offers the chance to join a large team where you will get the opportunity to work with several leading and personable Partners. This role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work including; executive terminations, unfair dismissals, recruitment, redundancy, complex grievance complaints, service agreements, restrictive covenants, outsourcing, TUPE, investigations as well as change management. The successful candidate: The successful candidate for this position as an Employment Lawyer will be a hard-working and enthusiastic individual. A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have c. 3-5 years PQE. Prior experience in a commercial Employment team handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Prior immigration experience is advantageous.
