HSE Manager - Norfolk 48 - 52k Benefits Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager? Are you passionate about workforce safety? Have you proven experience in governing HSE? Have you experience gained within FMCG? This exciting new challenge working for a large food manufacturer with a globally reocognised product could be the perfect job for you Working closely with all senior management and reporting to the Head of Operations you will promote and develop a safety first culture across the business, review and update all HSE policies, conduct risk assessments to detect any potential hazards and plan any precautionary measures, You will lead on various HSE projects within the company, establlishing policies that create and maintain a safe workplace. Responsibility for site audits, with weekly and monthly review of HSE perfomance. You will develop and maintain a systematic audit schedule of people, plant and processes ensuring compliance with all statutory legislation. This is a busy 24/7 operation producing fresh food products therefore some experience gained within food production would be preferable. Ideally NEBOSH qualified, with proven leadership experience and the ability to manage effectively systems, strategy and people A strong and proficient user if all MS products.
