Operations Administration Planner Tunbridge Wells, Kent Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm My client deliver a responsive repair and planned maintenance service to social housing properties across Kent. The role is primarily to support the repairs team. The appointed candidate will be the first point of contact for electrical operatives and supervisor. This role will entail contacting tenants, making appointments and arranging the diaries for the electricians to attend. Main duties include: · Contact, arrange and appoint inspections with tenants. · Generate batches of letters to notify tenants of planned electrical work appointments. · Liaise and schedule operative diaries to undertake inspections. · Allocating jobs to the operatives in the event of cancelled works · Geographically route the work to ensure maximisation of productivity. · Administration of annual leave and sickness. · Void administration including attending weekly/monthly client meetings with supervisors. The ideal candidate will have the following: · Experience in a fast moving and challenging customer service environment. · Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. · Ability to deal with difficult calls. · Some knowledge of repairs and maintenance would be helpful but not crucial. · Experience working with different IT systems. · Possess good interpersonal skills and work in a busy team environment.
