Overview

We are working with a blue chip client to recruit an Executive Chef to oversee the entire retail operation at their Head Office on Canary Wharf. The site boasts a comprehensive retail food offer comprised of multiple outlets from coffee pods to a vast staff restaurant made up of 15 different food stations from salad bar to deli to chefs tables, live cooking and grill bar. The Executive Chef will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the operation, key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing a team of 33 chefs and KP's - Delivering exceptional quality and service for up to 7000 covers daily - Full menu autonomy - Overseeing financials - HACCP - Allergens - Driving sales We are keen to hear from Executive Chefs with a proven track record of success in high volume establishments and very strong financial acumen coupled with strong management experience.
