Overview
Recognised as one of the City's employment practices, the role will involve working on a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious matters for a range of high end international clients. The team takes pride in providing clients with a bespoke approach offering solutions to complex legal issues that their client base faces. The role will offer a mixed caseload advising on employment contracts, HR policies, diversity initiatives in addition to general employee relations and employment related cases. On the litigious side, the group managing a number of employment tribunal claims in addition to corresponding litigation and mediation and experience of this would be of particular interest to the group. Candidates that wish to be considered for the position will have gained exposure to top quality employment matters at a highly ranked City practice, have obtained strong academics and wish to join a thriving and busy employment team.
