Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. The Total Reward Director will manage a team of 6 located across EMEA who look after a population of c. 15,000. The role will be responsible for both the operational and strategic aspects of compensation and benefits including executive compensation, incentives and pensions. The ideal individual will therefore have exposure to both compensation and benefits across the EMEA region and have prior experience in a line management capacity. M&A experience would be advantageous.
