Overview
LMA is delighted to be representing Global Financial Services organisation in London to lead the search for their first Reward Director. Reporting into the Global Reward Director you will be responsible for owning the Reward Strategy, Governance and board relationships for the EMEA function, building a newly created Reward offering and working collaboratively with a world class global team to deliver a robust and engaging Reward framework, with governance, analytics and innovation at the cornerstone. You will work closely with the EXCO and business leaders to build a strong regulatory framework , advising the business on Regulatory compliance , namely CRD IV and CRDV. You will then be responsible for leveraging global frameworks and building a bespoke philosophy for the EMEA function, supporting hyper growth and providing commercial Reward products to drive performance and incentivise commercial outcomes. This will also provide an opportunity for a Reward Director to broaden their skills, offering up a chance to own, shape and transform the Benefits proposition for EMEA, reviewing existing providers, driving new Benefits conversations and investing in new initiatives across the Wellness space.
