We are recruiting for a Telemarketing Consultant on a temporary basis, working for a well established company which will offer fantastic prospects and free onsite parking About The Role: Making outbound calls to business to business customers giving them information on either service or product, this could involve arranging appointments for a representative to go out and have a chat Working from a script, communicating information clearly and concisely Overcoming objectives Ensuring all information is gained from the customer Working with various businesses and organisations The candidate will need to work with an existing excel spreadsheet, being able to manipulate the data. Essential Skills & Experience: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to get the right results Must have a telemarketing / sales background with good customer service Strong understanding and experience on Excel & Word Must be very organised and be able to use own initiative About The Benefits: GBP8.21 per hour Hours of work 8.55am - 5.10pm Monday to Thursday/ 8.55am - 4pm on Friday Holiday Entitlement To Apply: If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV today
