IFA Administrator London £25-32k Financial Divisions are delighted to be supporting a very successful IFA firm who are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team. They are a long established and reputable firm with over 25 years advising clients. The team are all highly qualified and experienced advisers and researchers. They offer their clients full holistic advice and lifetime cashflow planning. The IFA Administrator would work alongside one of the main Advisers and support them with the following responsibilities: Arranging client meetings for Advisers Assisting with meeting/note packs Onboarding of new clients Submit applications and supporting documents to products providers Producing letters of validation Producing illustrations To be considered for this position, you will have worked within an IFA firm or within Financial Services before, carrying out a very similar role.
