Overview
Our client, leading City firm, is looking to grow its core employee benefits team with the addition of a junior associate, ideally with some employee benefits / share schemes experience, although applicants with a background in corporate, tax or employment law will also be considered. The team advises on all aspects of employee benefits, including the design, implementation and communication of both senior executive and all-employee plans, the establishment and operation of employee benefit trusts (to support share plans and as wealth creation vehicles), employment taxation, as well as corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters. Your workload will involve a mix of advisory and transactional work and you will be able to handle your own matters (with as much support as needed) whilst assisting the Partners on more complex pieces of work. The team, which has its own dedicated knowledge lawyer, will also provide a comprehensive training program. Very supportive, collegiate environment.
