Repairs Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler (Social Housing) Location: Camberley Salary: £23-25K Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm (1 hour lunch) I am currently looking for an experienced repairs customer service advisor / scheduler to work for a leading contractor based in Camberley. The following are some of the day to day duties you will complete: Handling calls Raising repairs Chasing sub-contractors Liaise with the internal department Liaising with suppliers for prompt delivery of parts Producing daily and weekly reports Knowledge: Previous experience of working as scheduler Must have experience of working in social housing Basic knowledge of maintaining records and databases Good understanding of Excel spread sheets and ability to use them Experience of using impact response would be a bonus but not essential Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
