Our Health Visitors are well supported through a positive culture of regular clinical and safeguarding supervision and one to one line management. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to implement new and exciting ways of working. Good organisational skills, the ability to problem solve, and an ability to develop an effective rapport with a variety of service users is essential. Working as part of a team in a collaborative way with a range of professionals is integral to the role.
