Overview
Do you want to be part of a real success story that will see you be part of the reward team providing analytical and advisory support on executive reward of this FMCG global corporation? We have a brand new opportunity with our client, a FMCG giant house for a senior reward adviser t to join their Reward team in London. This is a fast-paced team right at the forefront of compensation and pay for the entire organisation. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for providing reward advice, support and data, to HR and beyond, to facilitate the cost-effective management and administration of employee compensation and benefits . You will support the reward director in design of long term incentive plans to achieve the reward and retention of the business. Lead the design and delivery of communications in relation to long-term incentive plans, providing a great employee experience in both education and engagement on how the plans work. Manage the due diligence process to ensure appropriate management of legal , securities and compliance risk in relation to the grant of long term incentive awards across the company globally. Sourcing and analysing market data, developing recommendations on cash/equity buy out awards to attract senior hires, keeping up to date on relevant legislation relating to reward issues . Your experience The ideal candidate in this role will have a passion for reward, strong analytical and numerical skills with an eye for detail considering the bigger possibility and application of data. Financially astute and able to understand business performance measures and financial instruments. Strong planning and organisational skills , with the ability to manage high volumes of work . Prior experience of benchmarking, managing the design/ deliver of short-term incentives helpful.
