Facilities Administrator City of London £12 - £16ph Ongoing Temporary Position Our client, a multinational bank, is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Facilities Administrator to join their team in a growing company based in beautiful modern offices in the heart of the City. We are looking for someone who is solution orientated with a confident and approachable manner. They will be responsible for co-ordinating and promoting an efficient office working environment ensuring that all processes and procedures appertaining to general office practices are in line with company directives and client needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO Typical duties within this role include: Be responsible for the facilities contracts and checking that service level agreements have been met Work with the IT department to ensure printers are in working order and printer stations are fully stocked with ink and paper supplies, and health and safety checks are recorded Setting up VC equipment and arrange meeting rooms Raise Invoices / POs Distribute mail Conduct Health and Safety risk assessments Work with the Health and Safety manager on health and safety issues and admin Updating and maintaining health and safety staff training records WHO YOU ARE Previous experience in Facilities is desired Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise their workload and multitask Good use of initiative High standard of written and verbal communication Energy, enthusiasm and drive Ability to work autonomously
