Executive Assistant - CEO Salary negatable City of London An exciting opportunity to support a CEO who’s remit covers London, Europe and Bermuda based in the City of London Ideally you will have supported at CEO/Board Level within insurance and be ready to take on a challenging exciting role. Responsibilities include: Handling sensitive and/or classified material including directing matters to appropriate parties for investigation and response; providing solutions to internal and external inquiries and issues. Extensive diary management by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements. Complex management of email accounts, email filing and clearing daily email influx Planning and scheduling business lunches/dinners and other events Preparation of presentations and reports for meetings including those at Board level Organising & coordinating conference calls/video conferences Coordinating meetings & booking meeting rooms Coordinating timelines and deadlines for meetings and following up Providing phone coverage; screening telephone calls and taking appropriate action; maintaining and updating contact lists. Audio and copy typing of reports and correspondence Arranging travel itineraries including visas and booking of travel and accommodation Processing of expenses Desired Skills & Experience You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within insurance or financial services in order to support the delivery of our strategy, you will need to be continually flexible and adaptable to change.
