Executive Assistant to General Counsel - Tech
Overview
A fantastic opportunity for a top class Executive Assistant has arisen within one of our most sought after creative tech companies. Based in Central London, this pioneering and forward thinking business is on the search for an expert, level-headed and professional EA to support their General Counsel and his wider team. As part of this EA role, you will work closely with the SMT and as such, will be privy to financial and legal information that requires a total understanding of discretion and confidentiality. You will be a valued member of a fast-paced, high performing culture and therefore should be an Executive Assistant through and through, totally comfortable with all traditional duties, while also able to make decisions effectively and think for your Execs. Your attention to detail is second to none, nothing gets past your eye for accuracy as you will be preparing documentation with no room for error. You will be in constant contact with their offices and Execs in both the UK and the US, so you will be skilled at executing complex and challenging travel arrangements, as well as setting up meetings across multiple time zones. You will be a pivotal member of this team and will be a true partner to your Execs. You will also be comfortable supporting not just as a 1:1 EA but also assisting the wider team who will also rely upon you. To be considered for this demanding role, you should have at least 5 years’ experience supporting as a PA/ EA to Senior Execs ideally with team support. You will ideally have experience supporting within legal previously and should pride yourself on top class organisation and attention to detail. You should be a whiz at dealing with international travel and know the time zones like the back of your hand. You will be competent, proactive and always prepared, one-step ahead at all times and be adept at anticipating the unexpected Unflappable and adaptable, you will be extremely organised and thrive in fast-paced, driven environments. You will be pre-emptive in anticipating the needs of the team and able to stay on top of things at all times. They have a highly flexible, ever-changing environment in which your role will move and shift, so being comfortable with ambiguity is essential.
