Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing legal adviser to provide our clients with broad-based commercial legal advice and support on the telephone. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide legally accurate and pragmatic commercial legal advice via telephone. Provide advice that is in line with the service delivery standards, e.g. call volume, call duration, consultant availability. In each case analyse the issue, identifying any risks and offer the client options to reach the desired outcome. Ensure that the client is clear about the advice that has been provided. Ensure that the client understands the rationale behind the options. Aim to ensure that no claims arise from inaccurate or incomplete advice, or the manner in which the advice is provided. Support with legal content and provide support with training, including via webinar, as and when required. Provide commercial legal support to the business as required. Adhere to the company complaints procedure. What you Bring to the Team A law degree or qualification together with a high standard of commercial legal knowledge. The role would suit LPC graduate. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly. Commercial awareness so as to be able to offer pragmatic solutions to clients. Comfortable with dealing with a variety of software packages. Pursues personal development to keep up-to-date with commercial law and recent case law. 962503LC INDPAYS
