Overview

A role has arisen within our highly respected financial services firm based in London. This is an opportunity for a responsible, self-motivated, degree educated or experienced and well organised candidate. The Role Responsible for processing and submitting all new business applications from client sign up through to policy issue Uploading and submission of all new business to the internal web portal Supporting the team in all duties required for the day to day running of the office Responsibilities include Processing new business including but not limited to: Completing application forms Submitting applications to providers Liaising with and chasing providers as appropriate to ensure completion of work Issuing plan documents to client Scanning, uploading and submitting application information to internal web portal Liaise with various providers, gathering and collating plan / policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process General administration and reception duties when required due to staff holiday / illness Ideal candidate You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with the IFAs and the rest of the team. Previous experience of working within a similar administration role within a financial services business is essential. You will need to have the ability to work professionally and in a compliant manner within set parameters and timescales. Working towards your diploma qualification would be an advantage or IMC certificate. IFA Administrator London £25 - 30k
