Credit Collections 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £18,000 - £20,000 Cardiff My client is a market leader within their field and they operate in a global market place. Working in their prestigious offices based on the outskirts of Cardiff, they are seeking a credit collector to join the organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Key tasks will include: 1)Chasing debtors, adhering to set KPIs 2)Ensure smooth collection of debts and establishing relationships to ensure cash is paid within agreed timescales 3)Communicating professionally and explaining legally the consequences if payment timescales are not adhered too 4)Respond to customer queries in a timely manner 5)Working as part of the team to assist with any problem clients and ensure the collection process is managed professionally at all times Personal Specifications: 1)Previous experience of debt collection/credit control within a business to business environment would be highly advantageous 2)My client will also consider applications from candidates who are looking for their first entry into a credit collecting role but possess the below attributes 3)Good communication skills 4)Strong customer focus 5)The ability to prioritise workload 6)You are driven, passionate and self motivated 7)Quick learner 8)Co-operates with the team to achieve overall objectives My client offers fantastic working conditions, a superb benefits package (pension and holiday entitlement) and the opportunity for professional development and travel within the Group.
