Senior Credit Risk Manager Cardiff Up to £80,000 Competitive Benefits An exciting challenger lender is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager with experience developing and optimising Credit Risk Strategies to join their fast growing team at the cutting edge of lending. The role offers ownership over development and optimisation of new business and wider life cycle strategies. This is a fast paced role that will allow you to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, helping them set up their risk appetite, decisioning infrastructure and lending strategies. You'll also be responsible for building out a team, optimising portfolio performance, optimising processes and managing stakeholders across the business. This is the chance to make a big impact in a growing lender.
