Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Head of Facilities to ensure that the Facilities Team delivers an efficient and effective level of service to all members of the firm. Main tasks and responsibilities: • Supporting the Head of Facilities in delivering initiatives and projects; e.g. office moves, implementing a paperless office, new policies • Liaising with relevant stakeholders for any planned preventative and/or reactive maintenance as and when required • General administration, including maintaining electronic and paper files • To assist with post collection and distribution and reprographics as and when required • Providing cover for reception and court work To be successful you must be have: • Previous relevant office facilities experience • Experience in a legal practice or other professional services organisation is preferable • Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service and a ‘hands-on’ approach • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team, influencing both colleagues and clients where appropriate • Demonstrable experience of excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills • Strong communication skills Please visit our press the applu button to download the job description and application form.
