Overview
IT Risk Manager Southampton Fixed term role 5 months to £90k base salary plus full benefits We have been retained to identify an IT professional to join as IT Risk Specialist to assist with overseeing and challenge the management of IT Risks within the Platform Transformation Programme and to add value by partnering with management to improve their risk position. Ideally candidates should have a technical background covering IT infrastructure platform technologies with a strong awareness of risk as it is applied to non-functional requirements (IT resilience, IT performance and IT security). You will be having ownership of IT risk for a large transformation programme. Extension prospects are good here. Key skills: Significant experience of large scale transformational IT programmes IT Risk management Technical IT infrastructure project experience ideally covering Windows upgrades, Cloud migrations, data migrations and the risks around these areas. Ability to challenge process Highlight IT risks Change management This role may suit an individual with a strong IT risk awareness who has held the following roles: IT Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager, IT Risk Manager, IT Risk Specialist, Infrastructure Project Manager. This role is offered on a FTE basis. Payroll. £90k pro-rata bens. Initial 5 month assignment with good extension prospects. We are Deerfoot IT. 23 years as an IT recruitment specialist.
