POSISTION: IFA - Senior Administrator LOCATION: London (City) SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 - Bonus & Bens as well as support towards professional qualifications. The Opportunity A highly successful, IFA practice based in London have a fantastic opportunity within their business. This is to provide administration support to the financial advisers and their clients. Experience required Hold previous experience within an IFA / Financial Planning Practice. Dealing with new business enquiries. Sending out letters of authority. Sound knowledge of investment wrap platforms. Working towards professional qualifications, level 4 or equivalent. Previous experience dealing with High Net Worth Clients desirable A strong understanding of Pensions and Investment products advantageous Duties Providing technical support to paraplanners and Financial advisers Processing of new business and documentation Preparing for adviser/client appointments including collation of meeting packs Dealing with client queries Inputting and ongoing maintenance of data on internal systems General administration. Monitoring own workflow and assisting colleagues where required. Dealing with adviser charge, fee and commission enquiries. Strong broad knowledge on the products and providers available on the open market.
