The Opportunity A great opportunity for a Human Resources/ Executive Assistant to join a forward-thinking business has arrived. You will take full responsibility and ownership for the company’s HR function and closely assist and support the Directors. The ideal candidate will achieve shared organisational objectives in designing, reviewing and implementing a process that support business strategic aims across HR. Skills/ Experience Provide 1st line support across ER, guiding and supporting managers and staff as and when required Reviewing and updating existing contractual and policy documentation. Create and implement HR and training policies and procedures along side the external HR Consultant Recruitment and induction into the organisation with the support of appropriate managers, ensuring legislative compliance and implementation of relevant documentation Support managers in delivering training development opportunities, liaising with external providers to achieve the best possible outcome Collate, analyse and interpretation of HR related KPIs and HR Metrics Review time and attendance monitoring systems for flexible working Ensure GDPR regulations are followed and compliant Prepare and input weekly payroll for c 40 staff Manage and review company annual review/ appraisal and remuneration process across the business Stay up to date on Legal requirements across the day to day operational issues, reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance Help deliver with change management projects Support leadership with generalist HR related matters End to end regional recruitment Manage TUPE process within the business Be involved in companywide HR projects Propose and support best practice Support the business with HSE, succession planning, return to work policy in line with Equality Act and induction and new starter process Managing Directors dairies and appointments, arrange travel arrangements, accommodation and meetings Prepare reports, package documents, tenders, and analytical data prior to presentations and meetings Work on and develop certain project in the absence of the Directors Essential Recognised CIPD Certification Proficient in IT Software packages - MS Office Regional HR experience Technical background knowledge or experience Project management skills desirable Event management and contribution experience In Return A company that invests in its employees through continuous development opportunities.
