Overview
Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by an established organisation based in the East end of Glasgow City to recruit a Finance Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. This post will require an immediate start. Management of the purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices have been coded and authorised correctly and processing twice monthly payments to suppliers Processing and matching of Direct Debit invoices to related cash-book entries Reconciliation and posting of company credit card Assistance with production of all manual cheques Reconcile supplier statements The main requirements: Previous purchase ledger experience is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Be able to work on own using initiative Self-motivated Good IT skills If you have the experience to perform the tasks outlined above, then I would be delighted to hear from you.
