Overview
Service Desk Escalations job, Nottingham, £10.00 an hour (PAYE rate), for a leading IT service provider. An exciting job opportunity based in Nottingham has arisen for an experienced IT Service Desk analyst to work with one of the world's leading IT service providers. Doing: You'll be working in a team of experienced IT Support Workers. You'll be expected to provide Technical Leadership in your own specific area of expertise. Your primary responsibility is to manage incidents routed from First Level analysts and escalate issues in line with company procedures and standards to meet customer and business requirements. Previous experience in a similar role will be a huge advantage. You will have a strong track record in understanding Corporate IT Environments. Your organised approach to work and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines will help define your future success. Working hours: 37.5 hours a week on a rolling rota between Monday - Friday, with some Saturday's and Sunday's. You need to be flexible between 7am - 7pm (37.5 hours a week). You will be provided with detailed shift pattern once you have started.
