Please note this is an INTERNAL VACANCY ONLY therefore only current employees of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust will be considered for the post. An opportunity has arisen to join our Medical Equipment Servicing Team as a Technical Administrator. Working as part of the team the post holder will support and manage some of the administration processes of the team in order to promote the smooth and efficient progress of the team's services to ensure compliance with equipment servicing programmes and will make a direct and positive contribution to the work of the team. The post holder will liaise with Team Leaders and the Technical Contracts Manager to ensure that information relating to servicing is gathered and inputted into the Medusa database in a timely manner. Daily work will include receiving and processing complex information of a mainly technical nature, communicating with internal NHS stakeholders and external medical devices stakeholders.
