Innovative and forward-thinking tech company are in search of an experienced, intelligent and highly competent Personal Assistant to step into this fantastic new opportunity, supporting in the C-Suite Office. As part of the office of the CEO, your role will be at the very heart of the company, working closely with the Senior Management and supporting the Senior EA to the CEO as an important cog in the whole company machine. As Personal Assistant, your role will involve coordinating your Execs day to day operations and acting as their point of contact, gatekeeping where necessary but always ensuring they have time with their direct reports. You will be adept at building relationships with the whole team, paying close attention to their needs and thinking ahead to ensure they are prepared for meetings and you are preempting any issues before they arise. You will be the master at managing complex and ever changing diaries, comfortable dealing with multiple time zones, as well as intense travel management. You will take minutes and follow up on actions, prepare your Principals for meetings, ensuring they have everything they need and providing personal support when required. You will be a born organiser, aware of the importance of ensuring your Principal is well provided for to allow them to manage their own productive workflow. To be considered for this Personal Assistant role you must have experience supporting more than one Principal within a fast paced and ever changing environment. You will be a thinker, thoughtful and able to problem solve under pressure. Your will be meticulous with a thirst for knowledge and a passion to make every day run as smoothly as possible.
