The culture here is entrepreneurial, friendly yet highly changeable and high octane – a classic start-up who are growing from strength to strength as they expand their London office and internationally This dynamic company has a fantastic team culture and they have created an incredible office environment where people enjoy coming to work We are looking for a truly exceptional EA who understands the pressures of supporting an extremely in demand and high-achieving Founder, and as the company is rapidly growing, you are the type of person who has a strong sense of urgency and is always 10 steps ahead with contingency plans up your sleeve. As Executive Assistant you will work closely and in partnership with the CEO in managing his ever-changing diary, coordinating complex multi-stop travel, gate-keeping and protecting his time, communicating and liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, scheduling and minuting board meetings and being on call when your boss is travelling across time zones. There is also potential to take on additional company projects depending on your skill-set and experience. To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will ideally have similar C-Suite level EA experience from either a fast growth tech firm, private equity, venture capital or top management consultancy where working in an extremely fast-paced environment is the norm. You are bright, positive, resourceful and have a good sense of humour.
