Overview

Executive Assistant A global consultancy firm based in the West End is looking to recruit a number of exciting Executive Assistant positions within the business. These pacey and challenging Executive Assistant roles sit within various practise areas of the business and will support one to two Directors. The roles would suit an experienced candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where client focus is key. As an Executive Assistant, you will operate at tremendous pace and possess the enthusiasm and willingness to get to know the business, the clients and the stakeholders. Daily responsibilities: Extensive diary management Organisation of internal and external meetings and video conferences Extensive liaison with clients Project management Proactively arrange follow up meetings where appropriate Coordination of global travel requiring sensitivity to time zones and ongoing meetings Understanding of the partner group’s key business objectives and working closely to ensure goals are met Creation of client documentation such as reports and presentation Working alongside other EA’s to create a harmonious team Preparation of time sheets and expenses Working with marketing department for external events Key competencies: Confidence when liaising with senior level clients Strong technical skills Service focussed, able to demonstrate effective relationship building Ability to multitask essential, this role requires drive, determination and flexibility. Proactive, not reactive Results driven Accurate and able to cope with a heavy volume of work If you are be a bright team player, who enjoys a structured and process driven but fast-paced role, this may be the perfect opportunity.
